At B Cotton, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer an easy return and exchange policy within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

To request a return, please send a copy of your invoice through our official WhatsApp number or email.

Once the return request is received, we will arrange a pickup through our shipping company. The pickup process usually takes 3–4 business days. After the product is collected from the customer, it will take approximately 2–3 business days to reach our warehouse.

Upon receiving the product, it will be inspected to ensure it is in the same condition as delivered:

  Unused.

  In its original packaging and condition.
  

If the product has no defects and meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping costs for both delivery and return only.

If the product has any manufacturing defect or issue, the customer can choose between a replacement or a refund without any additional shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please send a copy of your invoice through our official WhatsApp number or email.

The replacement product will be prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange process (delivery and return).

Note: Products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
